I have recently made an online purchase. Zandile tried reaching out to me yo verify the purchase. I was in a meeting and couldn't answer my cellphone. She didn't just stop there, but called my workplace and requested the receptionist to pass a message to me as it is urgent. She is the customer service consultant and only a few like her.
