I would like to write a review about Melissa,wonderful customer service,she completely did the oposite of what is being said about mobicred on certain social media sites, me being a coach in telecommunications everything i expect my agents to do build rapport,verbal nods, taking ownership,smile, etc. Her softskills was on point thanks again I hope my journey with you guys will be as good as the service i received.
