I would like to accredit this 1 star (because it’s impossible to give less) to Thembi Kroza from Mobicred
I would like to accredit this 1 star (because it’s impossible to give less) to Thembi Kroza from Mobicred. I was told to use the WhatsApp line by the operator and it put me in touch with Thembi who was not at all helpful. I have been struggling with my accounts login and she decides that ghosting me would be the best option instead of updating me on my queries, I had to call in to get some service.
