I was helped by Luyanda and her service was very good
I was helped by Luyanda and her service was very good. However it took very long before mobicred communicated with me on WhatsApp. I messaged and they only came back to me the next day, to actually help me. Perhaps they could have an auto message stating that all agents are busy and I am in a que and they will get to me.
