I want to simply pay this account and close it

All I want to do is settle this God damn account and have no further interaction with mobicred... They have been good to me when I've made purchases but now I have continually contacted their customer service and there is no response...

I want my account settlement amount after my latest debit order went off on the 18/10/2017...

And I want my account to be closed!
