I spoke to an agent called Amina , she was kind ,patient and helpful. Amina answered all my questions with accuracy and sent my statement to me as promised timeously. I also appreciate that you do not need to wait extremely long before getting an agent on the line , i waited a minute or 2 before i was answered. Overall I am happy😊
