I just want to know my balance.
I've been waiting for a statement for over a year. Just wanted to know if the company has been receiving my payments and my latest balance.
No one replies to emails, no one helps on the phone, no one replies on WhatsApp.
The only time I get a reply is when I complain. Thereafter no one says anything.
