I have been with mobicred for over 2 years never skipped a payment and now that I need to change my bank details due to my old account being hacked they block my account and I can not use it even tho my account is up to date and never missing a payment fu

I have been with mobicred for over 2 years never skipped a payment and now that I need to change my bank details due to my old account being hacked they block my account and I can not use it even tho my account is up to date and never missing a payment further more they tell me I must wait 5 days for a mandate and only after that my account will be active. What year are we living in that a mandate takes 5 days ridiculous service so disgusted
