I had not used my mobicred account in a while,so yesterday i tried to make a purchase using the account however it keep saying transaction unsuccessful☹️that was frustrating...So today i decided to contact Mobicred and i was helped by Laeeqaht.Oh my God her customer service was the best in an exceptional manner,She is very patient,helpful and friendly.She was helpful by assisting me to get my password right and provided tips on how to not be locked out,it went as far as her waiting on the line while i tried to make my purchase using the account that was now fixed and working through her assistance.I was happy as i am now able to use my account without any hassle.
