I had attempted to contact Mobicred several times to no avail

I had attempted to contact Mobicred several times to no avail. Every time I called their customer care number, I was met with an immediate end to the call, and no one on WhatsApp or Email responded in time to assist me. I tried once again today to contact them and finally got through to a very kind and helpful gentleman named Joseph. He provided excellent service and educated me on the problem I was experiencing. I am so grateful to him and hope they invest more in staff members such as himself who actually provide customer service.
