I experienced an issue concerning the 1 time OTP this week while trying to purchase at Pick n Pay

I experienced an issue concerning the 1 time OTP this week while trying to purchase at Pick n Pay. For some reason which now seems like a (ongoing) network issue does not send the OTP to my number to retrieve the wicode, making the transaction unsuccessful. Needless to say this has caused me so much frustration and inconvenience. I contacted Mobicred multiple times and yesterday the issue was then escalated to Kgabo. She tried her best within the circumstances to help with a work around for yesterday’s transaction at Pick n Pay (16 August) The OTP is issue is still not resolved but her assistance is much appreciated as she was readily available for me to contact her.
