Horrible service received.

I app**** for credit with mobicred, I submitted the document that were required, your customer service is horrible you don't even communicate I had to call and wait for 30min to speak to someone so that I can get the status of my application, I was told it was declined because I don't meet the minimum criteria, I asked which minimum criteria because my credit score is excellent my account are up to date I always pay on time I've never missed a payment in my life, I recently took a loan and I was approved because on my credit rating, so which stupid minimum criteria you are speaking about? Your service is horrible if you don't know what you are looking for just don't show that stupid credit limit of yours to attract clients attention.
