Horrible service from Mobicred

Mobicred has the worst service ever. I made an application on the 10th of June and the application was approved but when I requested a lower for a lower amount my application was abondoned. I did not hear from anyone until I followed up 2 days later and was told that someone will work on it and should be finalized in 24 to 48 hours. 4 days later I get an email that I need to resubmit the documents. Why would I need to resubmit the documents when the application has already been approved? I called again today and was told that no one was working on my application and that they will send an instruction for someone to action and that I should wait for another 24 to 48 hours. Mobicred, what kind of service is this. Your service really sucks.
