Horrible Service and Feedback

I've tired multiple times, to get a paid up letter for my account and they still haven't contacted me. Even when I call to get it, I am always told the issue is being escalated for the past 2 months. I would like to clear my ITC from them and they making basically impossible to do. HORRIBLE Service!
