Horrible Service

Horrible service.

I have been trying to purchase for over a week. My account is in review they say. Call center has admitted this is an error from their side. Despite numerous attempts and calls to the call center this issue continues. They say they cannot do anything about the problem and I must wait for it to be sorted out since it is a different department.

Facebook messaged them and waiting on a call back, emailed them, I get an automated response.

Who is Managing the show there?
