Horrible
Horrible service. Been trying for 2 months just to get an answer from them. They keep asking for latest payslip, which I then send immediately but that is all that happens. They never get back to you

18 Aug 2023, 08:23After numerous calls FROM MY SIDE, not from Mobicred; I was told to log into my account to finalise my application.
I cannot log in, it does not recognise my login details, when I try to reset my password it says my email account does not exist.
Contacted help line via whatsapp. someone was supposed to assist me within 2 days. It has been over a week.
