Hellopeter is their customer support centre!
Why do I always have to post a negative review to get assistance from Mobicred? Why? Calls go unanswered and they don't respond to emails. The only time that they assist is if you post on Hellopeter, also that is short-lived. They never fully resolve an issue!!! My account is still locked!
