Hand over dispute

I defaulted in paying my account and ended up being handed over. I then had a debit order at VVM where R1350,00 was deducted from my account. When mobicred handed me over my balance was R3736.73, I then found out at a later stage that VVM said I owed R5 286.73 when I got my statements.

I have been trying to contact mobicred to let them know that the company they handed me over to is ****ming me and they said they cannot help me, I need to communicate with VVM as they are the one's handling my account.

I am disappointed that I have been paying with VVM whereas they are ****ming me and Mobicred refuses to retract my account so that I can settle my account with them.

Till date mobicred still does not want to assist with the matter and the people at VVM are also giving me the run around.

Where can I report such as both companies are not assisting me.
