Lynn was very helpful with assisting me with my complaint and she was polite in her tone and explained everything to me in detail.

I called in this morning very upset and she managed to explain everything to me and assist with my issue. Let's hope I don't experience any further issues from Mobicred.

You guys should hire more employees like her, then you won't have many irate customers calling in
