It is the pleasure to have an employee like Waseema in your company(Mobicred).For almost four days I'm been trying to explain that I was not at fault for using wrong reference.At least she was patient with me and able to assist.Good customer service I was ready to cancel the contract and get my refund.The gentle who made an error apoligised and I said to him I understand it was a human error even he was so helpful
