GET YOUR STORY STRAIGHT, ONLINE PROFILE SHOWS CREDIT AVAILABLE AND CALL CENTRE AGENT SAYS I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT

If I could give this pathetic company less than one star I would. I app**** for and got my account in 2017, I never used it, and when I logged on to see if it was still active I saw my whole profile there and at the bottom it showed what amount was available to utilize. I then proceeded to go on to takealot to purchase what I required and make use of the Mobicred account as I thought there was enough credit in there to cover the item I wanted to purchase only to get the "purchase declined" message after trying to check out. I then called Mobicred and spoke to Tania, This lady was polite enough but proceeded to tell me that I didn't actually have an account with Mobicred, I told her that was nonsense and that my account was approved in 2017 but that I had not used it, she said that my application had expired and that I had to make a new application, I then proceeded to explain to her that I was approved and that I never used the account and I was literally looking as my account online and it showed I had R4000 to utilize, she said this was not the case and that even though it showed that I have R4000 to use on my online account, that this was not the case, I said to her that I was confused and how could my online profile show that I have credit to use but she is telling me my application was not actually successful in 2017, really conflicting information, seeing my screen and hearing what she said. I then proceeded to tell her to please cancel my account and get rid of my profile because if they could treat their clients with such disregard I do not want to be a client of theirs. This company is ridiculous how the hell can your online profile show you have credit and when you call in they say " Oh Sorry you don't actually have an account with us, we just put that amount there to mess with people" Seriously MOBICRED, GET A LIFE AND DO BETTER, you give institutions like yours a bad name! Disgusted in your service and your stupid way of doing business!
