Get your processes streamlined!

No one seems to know what's going on... Multiple emails contradicting each other. I'm told to send statements... then it changes to pay slips then i get 3 or 4 reminders to send but i already have. I get preapproved sms... 4 days later i get same sms. I call today and m told they havent started verifying. But when i log onto live account status im open for credit and approved. Then I try log back in and account is locked. Call center dont have a clue whats going on. 5 days of back and forth with no answer yet!
