Frustrations of note

It is impossible to get through on any of their lines to get your account unblocked, I used the new password I received from mobi, when attempting to buy from takealot I received a message 3 times failure to validate and then I was blocked. How is it possible for Mobi to be so sensitive that it block you so quick.

This is the most frustration I have ever had with any one service provider
