In 2017 I made an enquiry with Mobicred as to whether I qualify to open an account with them.I was declined fast forward to 2019 when attempting to apply for a place to live I found out Im declined due to Mobicred appearing on my credit report .I enquire with a few credit beareaus apparently i have an account number and balances and everything.I have contacted their call centres numerous times and requested to speak to management or the credit department i was informed I could not.The following agent Ziyanda Siyolo and Xolile (who has no service training,rude,*********** lying.....my gosh the shocking treatment from thia guy I could go on.) I was promied a call the day after my findings nothing! I was promised an investigation and removal from all credit beareaus still nothing.I can now not get a place to stay due to the fact that MOBICRED has dragged my name through the mud and put incorrect info on my report.I IMPLORE YOU ALL ....IF YOU WERE CONSIDERING GETTING AN ACCOUNT HERE...DO NOT...YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED WELL...THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF URGENCY AND CAREFUL NOT TO GIVE YOUR DETAILA TO THEM THEY MAY LIST YOU AT THE CREDIT BEAREAU....dissappointed and frustrated. I will escalate to the Ombudsman.
