FED UP WITH MOBICRED

I have on several occasions tried to contact Mobicred via whatsapp, email ,telephonically and FB DM, to date I have yet to be assisted. I have verified my ID as requested, yet my user profile remains locked. Is Mobicred still operational? If not - please inform your customers as this is the worst customer service that I experienced. This is the second Hello Peter complaint that I have posted. Mobicred please have the decency to respond to your customers!!!!!
