Failure to update records AGAIN!!!!
Following up on my review posted on 01 Jul 2021, 17:47. Recived email saying: Dear Mr ********* Thank you for your enquiry. Please note that your account was closed, we have requested for your credit profile to be updated.
I have check aagin today my credit profile online and still reflects that my account is open and not closed.Please keep to word and close/remove my account from the various credit bureaus!!!!
