Failure to update records

Mobicred failed to reply to numerous email requests of mine.I kept on asking them to update their records on my credit profile and only on one or two occasion was there a reply.Each time for the last week I have logged into my credit profile to view if Mobicred updated their records and still shows last updated 15-07-2020.I need Mobicred to close my account and update the records on the various credit bureaus.
