Failure to get back to me about approval on account

I've app**** for a credit application on Monday, where i was told that it would take 1-2 working days for my Credit application to get approved, now I'm waiting for my banking details to get approved since yesterday morning10 am, then i will get contacted by a consultant,Ive got a quotation on my pre - approved account, e mailed, but only with a response saying they are busy with my account, Phoned a couple of times to find out whats happening, get told the same thing over and over again, Send messages via Whattsup, but get the same response as well, service is poor, have to follow up, cause no one get back to me with any feedback, don't know how long i must still wait for approval on my application, wish that this will get prioritized,
