Excellent Service

Thank you Natasja Maloney for your excellent service! I made an online purchase using my Mobicred account. A month went by and I never received my purchase but I kept enquiring with the supplier. I then done a search on the internet and the supplier apparently closed down. I contacted Mobicred to inform them about this supplier and their call centre informed me that they will investigate on their side. Two weeks after contacting the call centre, I received an email from Natasja informing me that the supplier is being liquidated and provided me with a link to submit a claim. I felt she went the extra mile in providing me with this feedback and even how I can remedy my situation.
