Excellent assisrance received from Lukhanyiso

I have struggled with changing my password change and being locked out of my account and not being to access my app for almost two weeks now. This morning I spoke to Lukhanyiso. I was knocked off my feet with the amount of effort he put into his work. I couldn't have asked for better assistance. He refused to hang up the phone without my issue being resolved. Thank you again for the excllent service provided by him this morning. I love the extra mile you took for the customer. It is much appreciated.
