DONT UPDATE CREDIT BUREAU LISTINGS / RECORDS DESPITE ACCOUNT BEING SETTLED
I went under voluntary debt rescue and order granted October 2021. Amount owing to mobicred as per Court Order was R 7 809.18. As at 9 February 2024 account was paid in full totaling R 8 261.03. an overpayment of R 451.85.
Paid in Full Letter received. However, Mobicred have failed to update their records on the credit bureaus profiles and still reflect that i owe R1 393.00. I have written and emailed on numerous occasions requesting that their records be updated and the listing be removed from my credit record, to no avail. I just don't get a response.
