Disregard for Discounts, Bad Customer Service

I made an online purchase at a store which gave me a R200 discount, Mobicred charged me for the full amount no discount. I have emailed Mobicred payments department twice to no response. I even called Mobicred, when a certain gentleman told me that he would assist. I have sent him all the details regarding the actual discount and to no avail.

Mobicred this is UNFAIR, I have lost the discount at the store while I am still paying monthly for a cost I have not incurred.

This is unfair.
