Disgusting service from Mobicred
The most useless thieving service I have ever used. Customer service is appalling. The agents do not even respond on the WhatsApp line and it is very difficult to get them to co-operate. Agents just give me standard responses and are incapable of even sending me my statement when requested. The interest rate is exceptionally high too. Don't bother using this service as it will basically cost you a kidney every month.
