Delays in sorting out isses

Its impossible to get hold of you and if I do, you take days sorting out issues. I am unable to access my account and its been escalated but again nothing gets done without a few days delay. Why dont you have a customer portal where we can verify our identity to access to the app. If your customer services was more reliable then the current process would be fine, but customers cannot wait days for you to do anything. This is the 3rd time im writing review.
