De*****ed by Tribe Afrique

I'm so disappointed by the service and support from mobicred. I've used the account for years with no issues, and I believed I was somewhat safe from ********. I have been ****med by one of their listed merchants Tribe Afrique. I made a purchase of R970 on 24/11/2022, no order confirmation received and goods were never received. I tried so many times to get help from mobicred with no success, no response from their merchant email address. They can't reverse the payment. They can't contact the merchant and can't provide contacts for this particular merchant. On the other hand the merchant doesn't answer calls, responds to whatsapp sometimes. I even drove to the address listed by this merchant, but I was advised by the security guard that there's no such a company in that building. Mobicred states that they carry the all credit and ***** risk. When does this apply? This same merchant is still listed with mobicred, so the ******** will never stop. We will be forced to pay for items we never received. DISGUSTING
