DEBIT ORDER DEDUCTION WITHOUT CONSENT

I requested a settlement payment letter from Mobicred on the 23 December 2024 and paid the settlement on the 24 December 2024.

During the first telephonic discussion and follow ups via email and telephonic I made it clear that no debit order should be actioned during the December month end period as the account is paid

Mobicred confirmed that they received my settlement payment and that no debit order will be actioned December month end.Without my consent Mobicred actioned a debit order deduction today, 30 December 2024.

I called in today and spoke to Ikraam from Mobicred who informs me that I will be refunded in the mid of January which is unacceptable as the debited amount was budgeted for alternative immediate expenses
