CUSTOMER SERVICES NON EXISTING!!!!

My account with Mobicred is locked. I have no idea why? it is impossible to get hold of anyone at customer services. I have been waiting on Whatsapp now since 9:30 today for assistance. II have send numerous emails. I called , and no one answer. This is the worst customer services ever. They rep**** to previous whatsapp messages hours after I locked it, as soon as they see you are not there, they simply close the chat!
