Customer service is so bad

I do not know what is going on with Mobicred but when I first opened up my account the customer service was amazing and they rep**** so quick. Lately it is such a mess like wow. At this point I am tired and really over it. My login details never seem to be correct then my account is locked and I then send an email to ask for assistance then after 3 weeks I get a reply even though I figured it out myself now I cannot login again because they sent it late and my account is locked again. This happens regularly, at this point I am gatvol of emailing and calling and no one answer anyway
