Customer Service is non existence and platform is not very useful or informative
Absolutely Terrible Customer Service. I've been trying to contact Mobicred Via telephone, email and WhatsApp and still no reply. Their platform is very basic with very little functionality and no useful information at all. The mobile app is of no use and you can't even make manual payments which is very dumb. As a software developer this platform could be a million times better but lacks proper professional development and customer service is non existent

I don't understand how a big company like Mobicred which is used by 100s if not 1000s of stores can make errors like this ? if I did not pick up on this I would have paid much much more than I should have. This is honestly ridiculous. Firstly poor customer service, platform is useless with absolutely no helpful information or proper functionality built in and now errors with my account statement. I will never ever in my life make another purchase using Mobicred. I highly do not recommend Mobicred to anyone.
