Customer Service

Hi,

My experience with mobicred has been absolutely dreadful, I refuse to believe they have any customer service staff as they are horrible in communicating with the customer, there was a technician error with my account almost a month ago and it has still not been resolved only got a email from mobicred last week saying they are working on it, Im pretty sure I will not take weeks or even a full hour to fix something like this but they just want to sleep on the job and leave the customers waiting with one email sent from their side
