Confused

Tried to make a purchase from connected devices last night and it says declined and gives no reason! The purchase price is R3499.00 and as per my statement from mobicred it shows R3601 available credit so I don't understand why it's being declined. Please be specific when declining a purchase.

My previous purchase of R3399 from incredible connection has to be refunded because they do not have stock of the phone I ordered. I cannot wait for them to refund and then re order as I cannot wait that long for a new phone. Please assist as soon as possible
