Complaint!!

What a very bad service I got there at mobicred! I bought 2 items for R303, 40 at takealot and at mobicred app it showed that I used 499.80 and they said the installment it's 165 in which takealot shows that if I use 200 m going to pay it in the installments of 12month.

So but I ddnt mind paying that 165 the first month. So it showed that I owe 339 with the installment of R100,so nw it shows that I owe 404.And my other concern is that the agreement was that they deduct on the 18th of every month bt they deduct when ever they want.

I jst wonder what's happening!!
