Communication Gaps and Incompentancy
Submitted all my documents to the mail listed in the communication. I keep on getting reminders that I still need to submit my documents. This process really needs to be streamlined. The website is constantly bugging out and not working 100%. I was told to use Google Chrome, does not make any difference at all.
