Can't buy or login to account for months

I have been a mobicred customer for years now. However, the past couple of months has been a nightmare. My login fails, i am unable to reset my password and no one is getting back to me. This is ridiculous! I contacted you in April already. Hoe am I suppose to log into my account or make purchases?
