BLOCKED ACCOUNT NO COMMUNICATION

My account is paid up but has been blocked with no correspondence from Mobicred. Tried calling the number 7 times , no reply in whattsapp for days. This is very very poor service. How do you blocked an account without notifying customer of reason . I need urgent assistance on this account please 🥺
