Blocked account, for no reason

I am now tire. After an almost a whole month of trying to get my account functioning. I followed all the prompts, even got successful in resetting the password. But, when I try to make an online payment, it blocks me again. What happened to you Mobicred, you used to give exceptional service, now you 8the worst service provider I know. Should I perhaps just pay you off and close the account, because, woooow, you have become nothing but a full swing disappointment.
