Blocked account
I am so disappointed with mobicred they keep blocking my account, it is the second time now I have not forgotten my credentials, i tried to reset the password even though i didn't forget it, still i failed to because it keeps saying error, tried their email im still waiting, i tried their whatsapp channel which is always useless, i tried calling them like always you can never reach their consultants never!!

15 Aug 2023, 13:20My account is still locked i received the sms saying i should verify my credentials, i did that, but said i will receive a call from your consultants. I am still waiting to this day. It is so frustrating because what is the use of having this account if it will always be blocked for no reason and why is it so hard to change passwords if you need to?
