Block code

I did an application which was declined based on Mobicred saying there is a block code under my name so I should check with TransUnion. However, it had nothing to do with my scoring and affordability. I then checked with TransUnion and they could not find any blocks under my name and said all is clear and my credit score is “810 Excellent” also gave me a credit report which looks pretty good👌🏾

I then asked Mobicred to maybe override the system and possibly do the application manually as there might be a glitch on their system that might require human intervention but all went in vain. I made several phone calls and WhatsApp chats with Mobicred whereby I was sent from pillar to post with no help and sometimes told that the matter has been escalated to supervisors and their IT department still in vain. From where I am standing I then concluded that Mobicred is either working on systems that they themselves do not understand or I am not their target market hence the fabricated block code that cannot be fixed or explained to me.

What a draining experience!!
