Been hacked but cant get through to the call centre

Just got hacked this morning. 4h07 purchases was made on my account but my cellphone are jot even working to receive the OTP. I tried to phone the call centre *** and *** but the line is buggy. I want to block my account but u cannot get hold of this people. Before 8h00 the sound quality of the call were fine but as the call centre opened u cannot hear anything. Tried from my wife's phone the same happened. Im trying to blocked my account but they took almost everything. Is there anyone that can help at this place. My cellphone nr on your system is not working how did the OTP was authorised?
