Bad, unproffesional and absolultely lacking in client service

This company is absolutely shocking and has no service standards. I have now had 3 separate account issues caused by Mobicred been unable to manage their own records.

I have requested support numerous times and without fail, support is late and delayed (2 days for simple queries) and once you finally get a response, the response is incorrect and poor, as tho it was an effort to type.

It is clear that there is absolutely no business professionalism in the two departments I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with.

I have had to reply to their 3rd poorly written response which is yet again incorrect and has now spurred me to write this review.

You are a disappointing company and I will be closing my account once I have finished my payments to you (providing you know how to keep record of those)
